Ron's book, In Praise of Wolves, describes his interactions with Jim Wuepper's Michigan wolf pack, as well as his and Sharon's own experiences raising Tundra and Taiga during their first year or so at Wolf Hollow. Ron's background as a naturalist and his talents as a writer provide interesting insight into the whys and hows of wolf pack behaviour. His descriptions of his interactions with his own wolves would inspire readers from all around the world, some of whom would make the trek to Wolf Hollow to see Ron, Sharon, and the wolves for themselves.
