The Story:
John Albert Lucas and his wife Annie relaxing on the balcony of their Grand Central Hotel, the welcoming hosts of the village's most famous inn, circa 1910. The Lucas family lived in the hotel until Lucas built his new home elsewhere in the village in 1907, leaving the hotel in the capable hands of his son Ray.
